Darryl Miedico is a nationally known short term rental expert, best-selling author, coach and sales guru who is the founder of StaySpace, a short term rental management and consulting company based in New Hampshire. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Darryl had a very successful career in technology sales. It was the sales and customer service training from this career that helped catapult StaySpace to over $3,000,000 of revenue in 2.5 years. StaySpace has helped create 5-star memories for thousands of guests and currently serves over 40 clients. StaySpace helps clients make more money on their second home or investment property while giving them more time freedom. Darryl is most proud of the team he partners with everyday to provide a hospitable experience. When not focused on StaySpace, Darryl can be found coaching students in the STR Secrets Mastermind coaching program where he holds weekly training calls and he provides 1:1 coaching that helps others build similar businesses. Darryl has been featured on several podcasts such as Short Term Rental Secrets and Hassle Free RE and is a published author in Hospitable Hosts, Volume 3. The most exciting thing about this business for Darryl has been the ability to work closely with his wife, Ashley, who is a professional interior designer and who helps client visions become a reality. Outside of building a world class hospitality business, Darryl enjoys spending time with his son’s, Cooper and Bryce, he loves to fish, is a collegiate football official and holds a private pilot license.
